A freezone is a limited liability corporation (N.V.) which is admitted into the free zone of Aruba and reports to Free zone Aruba N.V. (FZA N.V.)

The statutuary name of a limited liability corporation (N.V.) which is admitted into the free zone of Aruba must include the words “Free zone” or “Free Zone” or in Dutch “vrije zone”.

A limited liability corporation (N.V.) which is admitted into the free zone is only allowed limited local sales.
