Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber of Commerce of Aruba is the representative body of industry in Aruba. It is responsible for administering and supervising the Commercial Register and the Foundation Register.

The Chamber is officially designated the advisory body to the Minister of Economic Affairs on all applications for permits relative to the Business License.

Department of Economic Affairs, Commerce and Industry
The Department of Economic Affairs has as objective to advise the Minister of Economic Affairs on domestic macro- and micro economic policy and on international trade issues. One of the objectives of the department is also to promote investments and exports.

The department is the issuer of permits relative to the Business License Ordinance regarding Aruba limited liability corporations and other type of businesses whenever that is stipulated by law.
